My leading client is looking to hire a Credit Administrator/Credit Controller. Candidate will be responsible for carrying out cash collection. The role involves complete responsibility for the Credit Control process, the primary focus will be the timely collection of debts in a manner to maintain good customer service.

Skills Required
\"Successfully educated to high/secondary school level (or equivalent)
\"Demonstrable & relevant Credit Control experience, preferably gained within more than one industry.
\"Commercially aware with a proven track record in cash collections techniques
\"Good interpersonal & relationship building skills

Responsibilities
\"Administer effective query management process (with adherence to escalation routes for non-compliance) between the Credit management, local management and the customer
\"Co-ordinate with all F&A functions & external sources to ensure that excellent customer service levels are maintained.
\"To review all orders captured with the Credit management system and release/continue to hold them
\"Meet all deadlines for Management Reporting
