Job Description

Sales Executive - Winchester - £22-30k Basic + Uncapped OTE

Our client specialises in team building and corporate events as well as on and off site training courses. The role is to generate business with medium to large UK-based companies, to help them improve their performance. Specifically this will involve consultative selling of \'in-house\' training courses, or places on the 2 day training and 4 day \'Train the Trainer\' public training programmes that they will run in the UK

Job Description - Sales Executive

*Make cold calls/warm calls to senior HR & Learning & Development decision makers in the UK. * An average of 50 outbound calls a day, with at least 10 \'move forwards\' a day. * Use effective questioning and active listening skills to establish a need for the training. * Identify and research and undertake other business development activities that will help generate sales. * Close the sale over the phone (or through face to face meetings and presentations as required), * Sell seats on the training programmes, with a focus on selling the 4 day \'Train the Trainer\' programmes * Record sales activities and progress using the CRM system (currently ACT!). * Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity and sales targets set by the Business Development Director.

Experience - Sales Executive

* Previous successful experience in selling training solutions in a B2B environment is essential. * Experience of selling to senior HR and Learning & Development professionals is essential * Able to work in a consultative, structured way, without sounding scripted or robotic. * Highly effective and credible communicator, with an ability to build rapport and trust in senior decision makers. * Motivated as an individual, taking responsibility for own area of activity and targets. * Able to use strong questioning techniques and active listening skills. * Able to interpret customer signals and appropriately respond to customer objections. * Assertive, persuasive and skilled negotiator. * Strong drive to close business, with a can-do attitude. * Results and target driven.

Package - Sales Executive

*Basic salary £22-30k Depending upon experience * £45-50k OTE and uncapped * 20 days holiday * Really fun working * Pension
