Love property? We have on offer a great secretarial position in our very busy estate agency office. You will be typing up property details, arranging newspaper advertising and other general office administration. You must have 60wpm minimum audio typing speeds, and have a "can do" attitude.

SECRETARY
JOB SPECIFICATION DETAILS

* 60 wpm minimum
* Typing up of property particulars and letters
* Data input onto a residential database
* Arranging window displays
* Arranging newspaper advertising placements by use of e-mail
* Organising mail shots
* Assisting with answering the telephone as necessary
* Assist with monthly statistics
* Ordering stationary for the office
* General assistance and administration, filing, mailing, photocopying etc.
