Triumph Consultants Limited:
• Vacancy Title: part time Administrators x3
• Pay Rate: £8.10 ph Limited Co (estimated and tbc) or £6.75 ph PAYE (+ paid holidays)
• Location: 1 to be based in Winchester, SO23 and 2 to be based in Aldershot, GU11
• Department/Division: Children's Services
• Our reference for quoting on all correspondence: Hampshire 3123A
• Client: Hampshire based local authority
• Anticipated Length of Assignment: 3 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.
• Hours per week: 30, Monday – Friday, flexitime (tbc)
• Essence of role:
You will be engaged in general office administration and support duties involving a variety of tasks using Word, Excel and Outlook.
You are also likely to be getting involved with telephone answering, copying, scanning, filing and elements of data entry/systems updating.
• Candidate requirements (all to be within your CV, please, not just the covering letter):
A) Essential to have on CV (i.e. without which your CV will be automatically rejected):
- Office Administration experience
- MS Office
B) If, in addition, you have the following skills/experience please ensure that they also appear on your CV, as the client might well look favourably upon them:
- any local authority or other public sector experience
- any Children's Services experience
